MALAYSIA · ROOF INSULATION
Roof insulation for
factories in Malaysia.
Hot areas under the roof? AC struggling to keep up? We assess heat entering through the roof, walls and openings, then plan reflective-barrier work and measurement.
Factories and warehouses operated by Japanese and local companies · mainly roofs of approximately 800–2,000 m²

01 · FACILITIES & LOCATIONS
Find the heat path.
Define the right scope.
Facilities to assess
Factories and warehouses with sun-exposed metal roofs, cooled offices and work areas. We check whether roof and wall heat is a major cause, alongside existing insulation, ventilation and operating conditions.
If internal equipment is the main heat source
If furnaces, ovens or production equipment dominate the heat load, roof and wall work alone may have limited benefit. Extraction and ventilation also need consideration.
Tell us your facility location, including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor (Shah Alam / Port Klang), Johor or Penang. ASAHI, the Malaysia contact, will review the site details.
JAPAN · FACTORY INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE
Installation expertise
built in Japanese factories.

R-CRAFT
Our installation partner has worked on heat-control projects since 2008. Experience with factory roofs and ceilings informs diagnosis and site-specific installation planning.

02 · SHAH ALAM, MALAYSIA
Installed in Shah Alam.
Measured before and after.
Reflective sheets were fitted to the roof and walls of one air-conditioned office in Shah Alam. AC power before and after installation was compared by outdoor temperature.
03 · METHOD & PROCESS
Diagnose, install
and verify the change.
A reflective sheet limits radiant heat transfer at an aluminium surface facing an air gap. The air gap, fixing, condensation and inspection access are designed for the building.

Measure again
Start with spot measurements of surface temperature, WBGT and AC power. We agree the location, measurement points and schedule beforehand. Uncooled areas focus on surface temperature and WBGT. Availability of the free offer and its scope are confirmed after enquiry. No installation contract is required.
